김도현: Sarah, can you hear us clearly?
Sarah Mitchell (adjusting her audio settings on screen): Loud and clear, Do-Hyun! Can you all see me alright?
김도현: Yes, we can see and hear you fine, Sarah. Before we get started, Sarah, how are things over at headquarters? I hear you’ve been busy with some new initiatives.
Sarah Mitchell (smiling): Oh, you know how it is. Busy as ever, especially with everything we’re balancing this quarter. We recently rolled out a new project management system—lots of enthusiasm but also the usual technical hiccups. You can imagine the IT team’s faces right now.
김도현 (laughs lightly): I bet they’re buried in support tickets. How’s the transition going overall?
Sarah Mitchell: Not bad, actually. The younger team members took to it like fish to water, but some of our…uh, "longer-tenured" employees? Let's just say they're in training every other day. (smiles) Still, the new system should streamline our workflows eventually, if it doesn’t drive everyone crazy first.
이지은 (joining in with a smile): Sounds like there’s a lot of change happening at once. I can imagine the energy levels are high, but maybe the patience levels…not so much?
Sarah Mitchell (nodding): You’ve got it. The energy’s there, but we’ve had our share of moments. Honestly, though, it’s refreshing. There’s a lot of momentum, which I think we need with all the expansion plans coming down the pipeline.
박성훈: That must keep things interesting. I guess we’ll be feeling some of that shift here soon enough, right?
Sarah Mitchell: Absolutely. In fact, some of the efficiencies we’re aiming for in our new system will eventually impact how our regions operate, including Korea. I think you’ll find it useful—eventually. (slight smile)
김도현: Sounds exciting, though I’m sure there’s a lot to juggle. We’re ready for whatever changes come our way.
Sarah Mitchell (with a hint of humor): I might just hold you to that, Do-Hyun! But seriously, everyone at HQ knows how much the regional teams rely on smooth operations. We’ll make sure you’re well-prepared before anything shifts on your end.
이지은: Thank you, Sarah. It’s good to hear that HQ is taking the local teams into account. Changes like this can be challenging, but we're up for it.
Sarah Mitchell (smiling appreciatively): Glad to hear it, Ji-Eun. And thanks, all of you, for being on board. Alright then—shall we dive in?
김도현: Let’s do it. Thanks for the update, Sarah. It’s good to know what’s happening on your end. How about we start with a quick look at sales performance and market share, then dive into the broader marketing strategy? Then we can talk about the technical operations and service efficiencies. I’ll try to summarize the key challenges our team faces in Korea, and we can discuss how headquarters may be able to assist with some of them.
Sarah Mitchell: Sounds perfect.
김도현: Alright, Ji-Eun, why don’t you kick things off with the sales performance update?
